Father’s Day In Ireland…
June 15, 2008A few men climbed atop the toll plaza,
Unfolded a banner, and protested
About the treatment given to fathers,
Of course, they were promptly arrested.
I spent this afternoon with my kids,
A spin in the car, and then dinner.
But then, I don’t have to say “Bye kids…”,
Scales of justice in Ireland? Men thinner.
